The KUIM source is currently available in a compressed tar archive source.tar.Z with a collection of images in another compressed tar archive called data.tar.Z. The html documentation is in html.tar. The instructions for installing the system are in the README file below, and the usual COPYRIGHT information. Please let me know if you have any trouble installing KUIM.
The current release of KUIM contains java based GUIs for over 100 image processing applications. In addition, a number of programs have been added and extended which are not yet documented in the html pages.
